The staff were very welcoming and provided great customer care. Convenient parking right next to the hotel. - the rooms are en suite, compact, and equipped with coffee/tea makers, a work desk, and a TV set. - the hotel is in a great location, with the ferry port being very close by.

Very caring people working here, well-run and good value place. A nice size and well-kept room with a good-sized bathroom. Bonus point for iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers. Efficient service throughout our stay.

ideal and exceptionally nice location so close to chip shop and the centre of stornoway, also near the harbour and the terminal in a local area. besides, excellent for visiting a lanntair auditorium.

Magnificent location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The room is small but it has really comfortable beds.

Reasonably large and functional room looking out at the car park. Incredibly welcoming and perfectly pleasant staff with a member of staff present, very comfy bed. All in all good location, very close to the ferry and town, the 'Elevens' restaurant, and the terminal. Also, very close to the center of Stornoway.

The rooms offered are good sized and brand-new with a view or heating, nice long bath, a newly renovated bathroom. Their breakfast option with porridge, the best coffee, the best black pudding is substantial, put others we have been to shame! The employees are especially helpful and attentive.

Views are not so great.

We had an excellent time. the venue was very peaceful and good value. We greatly enjoyed the location right by the Ferry terminal and town x airport. the staff was perfectly pleasant and delivered friendly service. We ate at the attached restaurant and had a great breakfast and evening meal. the location was particularly good and perfect, and the room was new-fashioned. the distance to a Baronial mansion was only 1 km.
